1. For long-distance freight, use wooden boxes or wicker baskets for proper outer packaging, and use soft plastic materials such as wheat straw or wood chips to separate the molds. Avoid bumping and impact during transportation, and stack them securely.
2. Porcelain molds should not be placed in wet or frozen areas; plastic molds should not be in contact with oil; epoxy resin molds should not be in contact with alkali, otherwise the strength of the mold and the degree of cutting will be reduced.
3. The mold should be stored in a cool and dry place, and the indoor temperature should not be lower than 5°C.
4. The molds should be placed according to the specifications and models, and the storage points should be marked to avoid confusion and mistakes.
5. The placement position and direction setting method should be determined according to the shape and size of the mold. The grinding wheels with relatively large aperture or thickness should be placed standing or slightly inclined. The thinner and smaller grinding wheels should be placed in a flat stack, but the relative height of the placement should not exceed 500~600mm. The relative height of the stacked plastic or epoxy resin sheet grinding wheels should be below 200mm, and a flat stainless steel plate should be placed on the left and right sides to prevent the grinding wheels from being deformed or cracked. Small-diameter grinding wheels (less than 50mm) can be stored in series with ropes. Special-shaped grinding wheels such as bowl-shaped, cup-shaped, and dish-shaped grinding wheels should be stacked one by one from the bottom first, but the relative height should not be too large.
