(1) The abrasive tools must be manufactured before the factory technical inspection, and meet the requirements of the technical conditions.
The product certificate or other marks on the grinding tool should be kept clear and complete.
2. After receiving the grinding tool, the user must carefully check the front to see if there are cracks and damage, and the grinding wheel should make a crisp sound when struck with the mallet.
3. The handling of abrasive tools must be handled carefully to prevent cracking and collision.
4. Abrasive storage should be based on the size and shape of the different, the grinding wheel is stored in the plate frame or box. Larger diameter or thicker grinding wheels can be placed upright or slightly inclined. Small grinding wheel, grinding head, oil stone, etc. can also be stored according to the original package.
5. The resin and rubber sheet grinding wheel should be sandwiched in the middle of the metal round plate with a smooth surface and stacked tightly to prevent deformation. The stacking thickness is about 200 mm.
Grinding wheels with sharp edges may be stacked and have a liner in the middle.
6. During the storage period, abrasive tools should be protected from freezing and moisture, the warehouse should be kept cool and ventilated, and the room temperature should not be lower than 5℃
7. If the resin bond abrasive is stored for more than one year, it should be re-tested for strength before it can be used. Magnesite bonded grinding wheel, soft rubber bonded grinding wheel, such as storage time for a long time, must also be tested before use.
8. Rubber bonding abrasives should not be in contact with oil, resin bonding abrasives should not be in contact with alkali, otherwise it will affect the strength and grinding capacity of the abrasives
