Now we soak it for 2 hours, and then clean it with imported cleaning agent. The effect is very good, but it is not environmentally friendly and energy-saving. Cleaning requirements: 1. Environmental protection, free of ketones and halogenated hydrocarbons. 2. Do not damage the diamond grinding wheel.
2. Installation requirements:
The grinding parts must be carefully inspected and identified before installation. The inspection and identification steps are as follows: 1. Check whether the brand of the grinding wheel is correct and whether it conforms to the performance, shape and size of the selected grinding wheel. 2. Check and identify the appearance and structure of the grinding wheel, and use your eyes to observe whether the appearance of the grinding wheel is damaged (or cracked). Grinding wheels that are visually damaged (or cracked) cannot be used. In addition, it is required that both ends of the grinding wheel should be flat without obvious skew. 3. Check and identify the internal cracks of the grinding wheel. Hold the grinding wheel, tap the grinding wheel with a wooden hammer, and listen to the sound. The grinding wheel without cracks makes a crisp sound, and the grinding wheel with cracks sounds hoarse and cannot be used.
