In order to make the main shaft have better rigidity, the extension of the main shaft cantilever should be as short as possible, and a reasonable bearing structure should be selected. The use of static bearing can obtain better rigidity and rotation accuracy and easy to start.

(2) The head frame and tail frame should be sufficiently rigid. The head frame spindle and tail frame sleeve should be suspended as short as possible, so that the center with larger diameter and shorter suspension can be selected. In order to make the rigidity of the head frame and the tail frame equal, different sizes of the center can be selected, and the pressure spring of the tail frame sleeve has enough pressing force.

(3) The guide rail of the grinding wheel frame should be rigid enough. The proper guide rail structure should be selected, the guide rail of the grinding wheel frame should be lengthened and the span of the guide rail of the grinding wheel frame should be increased, and the manufacturing accuracy of the guide rail should be improved.

(4) Reasonable choice of wheel drive motor power. The wide grinding wheel has large grinding force and is mostly used in mass production, and the power of the wheel driving motor should be left reasonable margin.
