Usually, in order to ensure the safe use of ultra-thin grinding wheels, careful inspection will be carried out before installation. The main inspection contents are as follows:
1. Before turning on the power supply, check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements, and put the switch in the off position, and check the cable at the same time, and the plug must not be damaged.
2. Check the shell of the whole machine, the shell must not be damaged, and check the cutting piece, the cutting piece used should be intact. For this, the commonly used inspection method is to observe whether there is a gap or crack in the cutting piece with eyes.
3. Check that the protective cover of the cutting blade should be intact and firm.
4. Power on and run for 1 minute without load, check whether the rotating part of the tool rotates flexibly and smoothly.
