In our products list ,there are two similar flap wheel , one is called Korean flexible flap disc , another is an ordinary flap disc , so what are the differences between them?There are significant differences between Korea flexible flap disc and ordinary flap disc in many aspects, mainly reflected in the structure, characteristics, use effect and application field.
Structural difference
Korea flexible flap disc: usually made of plastic, fiber mesh cover or nylon and other matrix materials bonded to the emery cloth sheet, the emery cloth sheet is arranged in a fan, forming a multi-layer superimposed structure, this design helps to improve grinding efficiency and wear resistance.
Ordinary flap disc : Its structure is relatively simple, may only be a single or several layers of emery cloth directly bonded to the matrix, there is no Korean fancy page wheel as complex fan arrangement and multi-layer superposition design.
